Richard Cumbie
Richard graduated from Erwin Technical College in 2015 with Honors, earning a diploma in Electrical Technology. He then spent nine years at APG Electrical in Clearwater, Florida, building deep expertise across every corner of the electrical trade.
From commercial and residential systems to low-voltage technology, fire alarms, security, and building automation, Richard developed the kind of well-rounded skill set that only comes from years of hands-on work. From 2020 to 2024, he also served as an instructor for the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) Southeast Region, mentoring the next generation of electricians.
